These are the verified initiatives I've been directly connected to. Where a result reflects ATL's broader performance rather than my individual contribution, I've noted that distinction.
Objective: Give ATL customers and JN Group members shared access to deals, promotions, and financing benefits across both organisations.
What I did: I represented ATL alongside the General Manager in negotiating and signing JN SmartBuy, a memorandum of understanding with JN Group that formalised the collaboration in November 2024.
Coverage: Jamaica Gleaner, Jamaica Observer, RJR News.
I played a commercial leadership role in structuring and representing ATL in this partnership; the initiative itself is a joint JN Group / ATL undertaking. I also joined JN Bank's "Talk Over Tea" executive series with our General Manager, deepening the working relationship between our two organisations.
Objective: Fuse real-estate services with premium home products, supplying appliances for Century 21 open houses and events to elevate the home-buying experience.
What I did: As Commercial Director, I was a named signatory and spokesperson at the January 2024 signing ceremony, and was directly quoted describing the foundation of the partnership.

Direct, publicly quoted involvement — one of the clearest examples of my individual commercial leadership on record.
Objective: Bring global commercial kitchen equipment brand Henny Penny to the Jamaican food-service market, with local technical support and parts.
What I did: I worked alongside the General Manager, our Senior Product Manager, and the Marketing team to launch the partnership, since adopted by major local food-service operators including KFC, Tastee, and Mother's.

Objective: Give ATL a corporate-merchant channel that makes it easier for customers — including Jamaicans in the diaspora — to purchase for family and friends back home, and give our own team a structured way to access products.
What I did: I directed the transformation of ATL's gifting and lunch-program capability from Epay to GiftMe, establishing ATL as a corporate merchant on the platform and setting up a corporate account for team-member benefit and welfare.
Outcome: Opened a new client channel among the Jamaican diaspora, and gave ATL staff a dedicated benefits mechanism through the same platform.
Figures are drawn from my own professional record; this is an internal operational initiative rather than a press-covered partnership.
Objective: Bring Panasonic's R32 refrigerant air-conditioning line to the Jamaican market as part of ATL's push toward more energy-efficient cooling technology.
What I did: I was part of the commercial team behind the local launch of the R32 units, building on ATL's long-standing distribution partnership with Panasonic.
Company-level product launch I contributed to as part of ATL's commercial leadership.
Objective: Position ATL in Jamaica's premium home-appliance segment with a curated collection of high-end brands.
What I did: Launched at Jamaica Observer Design Week 2025, ATL Luxe brought ZLINE, True Residential, Sub-Zero, Wolf, Cove, and Frigidaire Professional to the Jamaican market under one premium offering.
My role: I was part of ATL's commercial leadership team behind the positioning and launch, publicised via ATL's official channels and Jamaica Observer's coverage of Design Week.
This is a company achievement I contributed to as part of ATL's leadership team, not a personal project — credit for creative and marketing execution is shared across the ATL team.
Objective: Reverse a multi-year period of negative unit profitability.
What I did: As Commercial Director, I led a program of financial discipline, cost optimisation, and efficiency improvement across ATL's commercial units.
Outcome: The initiative restored profitability and delivered year-over-year revenue and margin growth alongside reduced operating expenses.

International representation of ATL's long-standing supplier relationship with DAB Pumps.
Objective: Support personal growth and confidence among the next generation, outside of my day-to-day commercial work.
What I did: I spoke with a class of Grade 5 students about personal growth, and I've spoken publicly as a male ally on the importance of creating opportunities for women to thrive and lead.
