I'm Commercial Director at Appliance Traders Ltd, where over fifteen years of experience across procurement, supply chain, warehousing, product management, sales, marketing, and commercial leadership have shaped how I now lead one of Jamaica's leading retail groups — how it sells, partners, and grows.
I joined Appliance Traders Limited (ATL) in Kingston in 2009 as a Supply Chain Supervisor. Since then, my responsibility has moved outward across a genuinely wide range of business functions — procurement, warehouse and distribution, product management, branch operations, sales, marketing, and commercial strategy — on my way to the executive team, where I've been entrusted with leading the commercial engine of the company as Commercial Director.
Along the way, ATL's business has moved with me. I've been the company's commercial face in a string of public partnerships — with JN Group, Century 21 Jamaica, and Henny Penny among them — and part of the team that took ATL into premium retail with the ATL Luxe brand collection. What connects these roles is less a single big win than a pattern: taking on the next layer of responsibility across a different part of the business, and building the systems and teams needed to make it work.
Since September 2021, I've held executive-level commercial responsibility at ATL — one of Jamaica's leading suppliers of residential, commercial, and industrial equipment, spanning appliances, air conditioning, and food-service equipment.
I set commercial direction, budgeting, and strategic priorities across ATL's business units as a member of the company's executive management team.
I rose through procurement, supply chain, product management, sales, branch management, and commercial management before reaching the executive table — a fully internal path to the top of a major Jamaican retailer.
I've led ATL's commercial side of the JN Group, Century 21 Jamaica, GiftMe implementation, and Henny Penny partnerships.
Each of the following is a verified initiative I've been directly connected to as ATL's Commercial Director — distinct from the company's broader results.
I represented ATL's commercial team on JN SmartBuy, a marketing collaboration with JN Group giving customers of both organisations access to shared deals and financing benefits, signed in November 2024.
I led ATL's side of a strategic alliance with Century 21 Jamaica, supplying premium appliances for open houses and events — and spoke publicly on the vision behind it.
I was part of the commercial leadership behind ATL Luxe, ATL's premium living collection featuring ZLINE, Sub-Zero, Wolf, Cove, True Residential, and Frigidaire Professional, launched at Jamaica Observer Design Week 2025.

"I've never had the luxury of leading a team I didn't also have to build. Every role I've held at ATL started as a gap that needed closing — and closing it well meant developing the people around me, not just the numbers."
